User-Initiated Cancellations

Before Contest Start: You may cancel your participation in a contest prior to its start time, as specified on the contest page. Entry fees for canceled contests will be refunded to your Fantasy Sports League account balance.

After Contest Start: Cancellations are not allowed once a contest has started. Entry fees are non-refundable after the contest begins, as results depend on real-life player performance.

Platform-Initiated Cancellations

Low Participation: If a contest does not reach the required number of participants, Fantasy Sports League reserves the right to cancel it. In such cases, all entry fees will be refunded.

Technical Issues: In the event of unforeseen technical problems, server errors, or other issues, the contest may be canceled. Refunds will be issued, and participants will be notified.

Policy Violations: If a contest is canceled due to violations of our rules or Fair Play Policy, refunds may not be granted to users responsible for the infractions.

Refund Guidelines

Eligible Refunds: Refunds are processed for the following reasons:

• Contests canceled by Fantasy Sports League.
• User cancellations before the contest starts.
• Billing or payment errors.

Refund Process: Refunds are credited to your Fantasy Sports League account balance for future use or withdrawal.

Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be issued for:

• Disqualification due to rule violations.
• Losses incurred from player performance.
• Requests made after the contest has started or concluded.

Account Balance Withdrawals

Requesting Withdrawals: Users can request to withdraw their account balance, provided it meets the minimum threshold. Withdrawals are processed to the linked payment method.

Processing Time: Withdrawals are generally processed within 3-5 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Fees: A nominal fee may be applied for processing withdrawals, which will be disclosed during the request process.
